Codename Vybe is the working name for a new residential project at Vadgaon, on Sinhagad Road in south-west Pune. The developer presents it as the Luxury Riverine Collection, and its final name will be announced at launch.
The plans issued so far are for A Building. It holds 3 BHK homes in five layouts between 1,121 and 1,285 sq ft carpet, and just two 4 BHK homes of 1,746 sq ft. A typical floor has five homes around a central lobby, served by three passenger lifts and a separate fire lift.

The most compact of the 3 BHK plans and the only one with a pooja ghar set off the living room. The largest bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and its own toilet.

Ranawat Group is a Pune developer known for its Aura projects across the south of the city. Its Aura Waters project is at Anand Nagar, Vadgaon Budruk, on the same stretch of Sinhagad Road as Codename Vybe.
Welworth Realty, a Dhananjay Modak enterprise, has been building in Pune since 1987 and works from an office at Bhutte Patil Chambers on J.M. Road. Its residential projects run from Bavdhan and Hinjewadi to Wadgaon Budruk.

A typical floor of A Building has five homes, served by three passenger lifts and a separate fire lift. The 2nd and 7th floors carry the refuge areas and have four homes each, one of which is the 4 BHK.

A MahaRERA registration number has not been published for this project yet. It will be shown on this website as soon as it is issued. Before paying any amount, check the registration on maharera.maharashtra.gov.in.
More than twenty amenities are planned. The developer has shown a jogging track, infinity swimming pool, clubhouse, temple, net cricket area, fitness centre, rooftop amenities and swimming pool. The final list will follow the sanctioned plans.
Every home is specified with a modular kitchen with chimney and piped gas, a digital lock on the main door, glass shower partitions, a USB-C point in each bedroom, AC points in the living room and bedrooms, and DG power backup with an inverter provision for each flat.
The project is presented by Ranawat Group and Welworth Realty, two Pune developers who already have projects on the Vadgaon stretch of Sinhagad Road.
