Who operates this website

This website is operated by an authorised marketing partner for Codename Vybe, Vadgaon, Sinhagad Road, Pune. It is not the developer’s official website.

The project is pre-launch

Codename Vybe is a pre-launch project and “Codename Vybe” is a working name. The floor plans, carpet areas, specifications and amenities published here are taken from the developer’s working presentation. The developer describes the floor plans as tentative working drawings and notes that carpet areas, saleable areas and room sizes may change after final column positions are fixed.

No price list has been published. No statement on this site should be read as a final, sanctioned specification.

The information here is not an offer

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, an invitation to offer or a contract of any kind. No booking, allotment or reservation arises from anything published here or from any enquiry you submit.

Any transaction will be governed solely by the agreement for sale and allotment letter executed between you and the developer, and by the MahaRERA registration applicable to the phase you buy in. Where anything on this site differs from those documents, those documents govern.

Prices, areas and availability

Any price quoted to you in the course of an enquiry is indicative, excludes stamp duty, registration, GST, maintenance and other statutory charges unless expressly stated, and may change without notice.

Areas are carpet areas as defined under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, subject to the tolerances and final measurements recorded in the agreement for sale. Availability is not guaranteed at any price or on any terms discussed.

Images and plans

Lifestyle and amenity images are artist’s impressions from the developer’s presentation and are labelled as such. Floor plans and cut sections are indicative, not to scale, and subject to change and to approval by the sanctioning authorities. Furniture shown on plans is for illustration and is not included.

Enquiries and contact

When you submit an enquiry you consent to being contacted about this project by phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email, including on a number registered with the National Do Not Call Registry. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to the address on the contact page.

Third-party content

The home and location pages can display a Google Maps frame when you choose to load it. That service is operated by Google under its own terms and privacy policy.

Intellectual property

Project names, marks, logos, plans and images belong to their respective owners and are used here for the marketing of this project. The rest of the site’s content and design may not be copied or reused without written consent.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 or the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
