Where our figures come from
Configurations, carpet areas, room sizes, unit numbers, floor plans, specifications and the amenities named on this site come from the developer’s working sales presentation. The developer describes the plans as tentative and notes that carpet areas, saleable areas and room sizes may change after final column positions are fixed.
Information about the developers’ other projects and about the Sinhagad Road locality comes from public sources, including MahaRERA listings and news reports, and is dated where it appears. Nothing on this site is taken from an unverified listing portal.
The location map shows the Vadgaon locality, not the project site. No distances or drive times are published, because they depend on the exact plot, which is shared on enquiry.

At the date this page was last updated, no MahaRERA registration number had been published for Codename Vybe. It will be displayed on this site as soon as it is issued.
