Privacy policy

What we collect

We only collect what you send us through an enquiry form or the chat window:

• Your name, if you give it.
• Your mobile number, and the country code you select in the chat window.
• Which enquiry you made (for example “Price list” or “Site visit”) and the configuration you chose.
• The page you were on when you submitted.
• Your IP address and browser user-agent, recorded with the enquiry as a basic anti-abuse measure.

We do not set cookies of our own.

How we use it

To contact you about Codename Vybe: answering your question, sending the price list and plans, and arranging a site visit. That is the only purpose. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who it is shared with

Your enquiry is sent to:

• Our own sales team, by email, and to a Google Sheet we control.
• The developer and its MahaRERA-registered entities, where that is necessary to process your enquiry or booking.

Enquiries are stored in Google Sheets and notified by Google’s mail service, under Google’s own terms. Beyond that, your details are not passed to anyone else.

The chat window

The chat window runs from this website and sends what you enter to the same place as the forms. It is not a third-party chat service, and nothing you type reaches anyone until you submit your mobile number.

Analytics

This site may use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure which pages are visited, roughly from where, from which source, and on what kind of device. This is measurement of how the site is used, not identification of you. We never send your name, phone number or email address to Google.

These tools set cookies and your IP address is processed by Google under its own privacy policy. You can block them with Google’s browser opt-out add-on, your browser’s cookie controls or any tracker blocker. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.

Maps

The Google Maps frame on this site loads only when you press the button to show it. Once loaded, Google may set cookies and receive your IP address under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to follow up and to meet any record-keeping obligation, then deleted. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent to being contacted. Write to the address on the contact page and we will act on it.
