The most compact of the 3 BHK plans and the only one with a pooja ghar set off the living room. The largest bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and its own toilet.

About the floor plans

Which is the largest 3 BHK at Codename Vybe?

The 3 BHK Type 2-A, at 1,285 sq ft carpet. It has an 18′6″ living room, a 12′0″ dining area and walk-in wardrobes in two bedrooms. It occupies the 03 position on every floor, units 103 to 1103.

How do I know which layout a unit number has?

The last two digits give the position on the floor, and each position always has the same layout: 01 is the 1,215 sq ft Type 2, 02 the 1,244 sq ft Type 2, 03 the 1,285 sq ft Type 2-A, 04 the 1,198 sq ft Type 2-B and 05 the 1,121 sq ft Type 1. The exceptions are units 204 and 704, which are the 4 BHK homes.

Are the carpet areas final?

Not yet. The developer’s drawings are marked as tentative working drawings and note that carpet areas, saleable areas and room sizes may change once the final column positions are fixed. The figures that bind are the ones in your registered agreement for sale.
